There are many health benefits to be had by wearing a pedometer and using it regularly and properly. A pedometer is a device that measures the number of steps an individual takes. Pedometers are available from several companies and come in a variety of styles and range in price anywhere from $15 - $120. AEP Ohio ReCreation Land

For the past few years four of us have trekked to the AEP Recreation lands near Zanesville, Ohio. The land formally (Ohio Powers) was used for drilling and mining and has now been “reclaimed” into a wonderful wildlife retreat. This area now offers all types of outdoor recreation including; fishing, camping, hunting, hiking, and horseback riding. Although there are plenty of campsites, we stay in a little bed and breakfast in McConnelsille. While there are numerous outdoor activities to be enjoyed, our trip is for one purpose; fishing.
