How much does shipping cost?
You can easily figure out shipping BEFORE checking out:
1) Add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart
2) Enter your zip code into the box on the upper right hand side
3) Click Show Rates
This will show you the rates for shipping from different carriers for the items in your cart. These are the exact rates you will see during checkout.
* Please note that DHL is only available for items in the marine electronics and marine equipment categories.

Do I have to have a PayPal account?
Absolutely not! We offer PayPal as a convenience to those who prefer to shop with their PayPal accounts.
My billing and shipping address are different, is this ok?
We understand there are many reasons people may have a different billing and shipping address such as sending a gift, business purchases, or have moved. We try to accommodate this by allowing you to enter separate billing and shipping information during checkout. However, we reserve the right to refuse to ship to an address other than the billing address on certain high priced, high theft items.

Furthermore, we do not store your credit card number on our servers. Once an order is placed all sensitive information is automatically removed.
Are all your items new?
99.9% of all listed items are brand new with full manufacturers’ warrantees
There are only a handful of remanufactured/newly overhauled items which are clearly marked as such in the title as well as product description.
Can I talk to a live person?
You can call anytime toll-free at 1-866-207-8050. A call will be returned to you within 24hrs, usually much sooner (during business week). Additionally you can contact us anytime through email. You can be assured your call and/or email will be personally answered.
I’ve placed orders on other sites and never knew the status of my order. Will that happen here?
We enter every order manually. It is our goal to ensure you the most stress free online experience possible. You will be notified by email when your order is received. You will also be notified when shipped plus any tracking information if available. At all times during this process you will be notified of any problems such as a stock issue.
Plus, if there is ever a problem with an order once received, we will be here to help you with any refund/replacement issues.
